Cohort AssignmentEurope with In-Person Intensive in Lisbon, Winter-Spring 2024
1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

To more and more become autonomous of other people thinking and more deeply develop and enrich my own thinking about sustainability and more the social-green transformation.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

My role is to provide surroundings where people can learn and develop, buidlings bridges to other than their perspectives about the situation of the world. Supporting and fostering surroundings which foster relatedness, openess, different opinions to embark on the challenges of our time.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To deepen my autonomous thinking, and increase my clarity of my professional role.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

My next areas of personal growth will again embark on becoming more autonous in my life. It as well will be deepening my internal transformative journey and integrating the regenerative mindset.

5. And for professional growth?

Getting a clearer picture of my professional role in the transformative/regenerative/sustainable field and transporting this with more clarity to the outside. Besides that it is cleary integrating the regenerative mindset and find a group of people to work with instead of working only by myself on projects.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I invested in a systemic training many years ago. Which completely changed my professional work and my mindset on the world. I invested as well in a six year training in Transactional Analysis (TA) to deepen my knowledge to work with individuals, groups and organisation. It is my professional background which is deeple integrated into me and is always there in any situation. I invested in buidling connections into communities with a strong interest in sustainability and more to say transformation. People I exchange ideas with, reflect deeply, organise intensive retreats with. - real learning. And lately I invested in taking over a lecture in sustainability in the south of Germany to dive deeper into the topics and regulations of sustainablitly to have a more profound basis for discussion, etc.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Lots of that is already integrated above. It is clearly the systemic way of thinking. In Germany this is, e.g. Bernd Schmid or Luhmann yet coming from a different perspective of systems. And it is strongly Transactional Analyses with several strong people in there. Eric Berne as the founder, Rosemary Napper, etc.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

We as humans are one part of nature similar to the little ant which we might see on the ground. We are integrated in nature. Nature has a strong impact on us and we on nature. Nature will survive. I don't know if we as the humankind will survive.
