1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My reason for existence is reconnecting myself and others to "self-others-nature". In practicality, this means my primary work is to support the development of leadership for sustainability and regeneration. The idea is to unleash the potential of leadership in everyone as the action of leading a group of people or an organization to flourish.
Currently, I am manifesting my work at Kaospilot, a leadership and entrepreneurship school for positive impact in Aarhus, Denmark. In general, I see myself working with different communities, places, and organisations who share this same intention.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

As I learn and embody the regenerative mindset, practices, etc., I see myself as a vehicle or instrument in service of inspiring, sharing and supporting more people and communities to flourish in harmony with self-others-nature.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

I have the deep intention and commitment to continue my work of developing leadership for sustainability and regeneration through my work with "education" in schools, programs, retreats, organisations.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

In my own process of reconnection to self-others-nature, I am currently facing and learning to deal with fears as death and ending cycles, navigating and building resilience towards complexity, uncertainty, suffering, conflict, collapse; managing anxiety; empowering myself financially (at age 32, looking long-term and also start preparing for the future) and moving in direction of a lifestyle and living place even more in harmony to nature.

5. And for professional growth?

To grow my knowledge, practice and confidence in working with regeneration. As my current job is as team leader at the 3-years program at kaospilot, I want to support them in their journey towards sustainability and regeneration. At the same time, I have the deep wish to transition and work in a near future with a stable project/organisation aligned in worldview, vision and practices of being and "educating" considering mainly the fields I answered in the question 7.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have dedicated my whole life to my reason of existence, to be in service of the reconnection self-others-nature. Since young that is my purpose and all my professional career and personal life are directed towards it.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Satish Kumar and others in Schumacher College.
Buddhism, Taoism, Mindfulness, Gross National Happiness, Happiness Skills and Contemplative Practices.
Frijof Capra, Daniel C. Wahl and Systemic Thinking.
Ecopsychology, Deep Ecology, Work that Reconnects (Joanna Macy).
Social Business, Sustainability and The Natural Step.
Leadership - Theory U, Adaptive Leadership, Leading in Complexity, Regenerative Leadership (Laura and Giles).
Inner Development Goals, SEE Learning - Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning, Positive Psychology, Co-Active Coaching.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

We are part of multiverses that we don't know why exist, but seem to be in constant flow and evolution, in which we humans are part of. We as species are in Earth for a period of time, with the gift of a conscious life interconnected to everything else. We are here to unfold and evolve our consciousness and the love/potential energy (regeneration) we are when in harmony with life.
