1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Two months ago I left full time employment to build a practice of regenerative leadership coaching as well as facilitating workshops and immersion experiences for leaders.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

My role is to support leaders as they become open to a regenerative way of leadership and leading teams, as well as introducing the concepts of regeneration and IDG's to people who haven't heard of them yet. I have already had clients within the regenerative community in Europe and UK.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

My goal is to influence leaders and therefore influencing communities and economies. My goal is also to find the active regenerative voice in Southern Africa and encourage it to take its place on the global platform and spaces of influence and dialogue. There are many spaces of excellence but are in silo's, or people reinventing wheels they haven't realised are already easily available. I believe that Africa and her wisdom has a lot to offer the world and her potential is only just emerging. I have started this through being active with an IDG hub, on the CCA Africa chapter and through networking.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

I finding this question difficult to answer, I have done a lot of personal growth already. I want to become more confident in developing learning content on complex living systems and regenerative leadership, to confidently speak to big groups of people and help build resilience into the system, especially in sub Saharan Africa. And this sounds like it should be work related, so i am not sure i I have answered the question.

5. And for professional growth?

Once I have my coaching business running effectively and able to have a steady/ stable income, i want to study organizational design and bring a regenerative paradigm to organizations.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have gone deeper into understanding regenerative leadership through going on courses such as: Regenerator Academy (Laura Storm), ETH MOOC 1&2, Beyond systems thinking, Fridjof Capra - Capra Course, Regenerative Economics. I have started the Butterfly course and am on this course. I have left full time employment and have faciltated workshops of self development in Botswana. I am trying to be courageous and brave.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

See above and I have been influenced by leaders such as Mandela, Desmond Tutu, the Dalai Lama. I am constantly learning and am curious about different beliefs and philosophies.
I have a background in Nursing and went into education and development. I love design especially orgnaizational design and I have enjoyed learning more about neuroscience and understanding how people can best lead and influence others.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I have a Christian spiritual belief and believe in a creator of the universe as well as an ever expanding universe. I believe that human beings have a role to play in protecting and working and living within the ecosystems they find themselves in, protecting and restoring what they have destroyed. But I do not believe that humans are able to this without God who is the great weaver and designer of all creation. I believe that we are here a very short time but our souls are created for eternity, therefore we are here on purpose, for a purpose. We are here for too short a time to really see the big picture which is why I trust the creator of the universe and the earth to guide us to try and save ourselves from ourselves. I believe that in the Bible where it says "let there be light" - there was a big bang and the universe began. When i look at dark matter I wonder if this is not how the universe will end and restart again.
