Cohort AssignmentAmericas Hybrid In-Person/Online with Intensive in the Hudson Valley, Spring-Summer 2024
1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I am currently working on my energy of abundance. I am in service of life, of the local community here in Argentina and of what I feel is needed from me - where I can contribute. Deep inside I am feeling abundant, yet I am currently struggling in materializing it into money. Though I am sure this will happen soon, there is sometimes this fear and feeling of scarcity.
I'd love to find ways to work in a regenerative way and materialize it also into a monetary exchange that makes me live calmly.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I see my role in inspiring others to take over responsibility for themselves, their surrounding and our planet. I can sense into a change of my work focus - allowing my voice to take a bit more protagonism and offering it as "medicine". I am a musician, a singer, and yet - had never considered it as something more important than just a hobby. But I do believe and feel that it can be a heart-opener in several important processes, connecting each others, cracking up the masks that protect the vulnerability and let people be who they are.
Here in Mendoza, my role is to start new regenerative projects, help that things get done, push sometimes a little where it is needed and let go when the rhythm of life is different to mine (which isn't always easy for me). My colleagues appreciate my structure and ability to put ideas on paper and implementing them.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To elaborate the path of being a singer and integrating that hat maybe within my workshops where I am either an educator or a facilitator.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

In purely letting go of fears and trusting. In working on my abundance mind- and heartset. And in appreciating all of me...

5. And for professional growth?

I'd like to be bolder and set up my own programs - in a collective. Teach more about regeneration, regenerative leadership and integrate my (singing) voice, my music into it. I also would love to learn more about Ayurvedic cooking and set up my own retreats..

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Over the past six years, I have deeply invested into myself. It all began with a coach who helped me to change the direction of my life at that time, I participated in several collective coaching programs, had a mentor over a year, learned to practice Reiki, practice Yoga daily, do breathwork, am practicing biodanza and doing my biodanza formation to become an instructor and am regularly joining spiritual sessions to align myself again - with plant medicine, ancient shamanic rituals and astrology.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Regenerative Leadership - Laura Storm and Giles Hutchins
Theory U - Otto Scharmer
Social Business/ microcredits/ poverty reduction - Muhammad Yunus
Amor radical - Satish Kumar
Intelligence of Nature - Leen Gorissen

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Life is a beautiful, interconnected, flourishing web - with visible and invisible energies. Us humans are part of a greater ecosystem, of the web of life in which we all constantly learn to become more conscious.
