1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Inner Development as a leverage to contribute in the living system thinking process that we need to evolve to a regenerative practice.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Integrating the regenerative process in the company I work for.
By sharing insights, creating consciousness, experiencing together what we need to shift towards an regenerative business model and practice.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Setting up a business plan for regenerative approach for our company in the building industry.
Having a deeper understanding of the concept of living system thinking and how to integrate this in our way of working.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Growing in mindfulness and being more compassion full.
Being brave and dare to speak up when it is needed.
By deep listening, coming more aware of the needs of the others.

5. And for professional growth?

Being myself at the workspace. Living in harmony with my personal values as a regenerative thinker and actor, also at work.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Mindfulness training and retreats, and yoga over the past 14 years.
Personal development training, work-related and personal (deep listening, connecting communication).
Reading regenerative books.
Attending the Regenerative Academy course (Laura Storm).
Installing a food forest and permaculture in our own garden and a city garden.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Humans are part of nature. Humans are nature. We belong to an ecosystem on earth.
Somewhere we lost the connection to life. We separated us from nature in a fast way since the industrial revolution. We began to exploit, not only the raw materials on earth, but also people.
At this moment we are facing crises as a result of our human behavior.
We need to be aware of our actions, of being part of a bigger living system to restore and regenerate.
