1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My primary work at this point of my life is to facilitate spaces for evolutionary, relational, and full-body learning spaces. I see my work tightly connected to education innovation both in terms of pedagogical and relational approaches and inter-personal/ responsible communication. For the past 5 years, I have been empirically researching what it is to shift from teaching to spaceholding and co-create experimental and experiential learning spaces particularly in Academia, both at the phd and post-doc levels.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

To create spaces for healing the concept and reality created by modern and contemporary school, to reintegrate all the bodies (physical, intellectual, emotional, energetic and archetypal) into the learning experience, to empower students and step out of old hierarchies and modes of thinking and operating, to radically reinventing communication in the classroom, to shif from content-based to experience-based learning, to bring Relating and conscious feeling into the academic world, and to shift scientific culture.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Concretely speaking, the goals I have for now are:
- to create a laboratory to co-generate and draw new maps of learning and communicating in the educational context
- to prototype a program, a cartography, in which the above goals can become a reality, a modus operandi
- to connect to other like-minded people who want to shift academic and educational culture in general
- to experiment, test, live, and experience other ways of relating
- to co-create a culture of relating and feeling in Academia

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

I want to keep working with my emotional and physical bodies as resources of learning. Another part that I feel connected to is the energetic body: what is it to consciously use the energy of feelings to develop knowledge, make bridges within society, and connect?

5. And for professional growth?

Definitely the world of regenerative and responsible cultures are a big arena for me for at this point. I also feel the urge to connect to innovative pedagogical practices and laboratories of experiential learning.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I've invested in a few trainings for the past years to get me where I am, namely: Ubuntu Leaders Academy (specially regarding the ethics of care and servant leadership), Biodanza (I'm a current Biodanza facilitator under supervision, about to start facilitating classes at the University. Biodanza brought me the the field of affection connection, pleasure, the joy of living, and the progression as a corner stone in the learning trajectory), Possibility Management (conscious feeling and relating, radical responsibility, adult initiation into radical relating were some of the powerful shifts PM has brought me) and, more recently, Theory U (awareness-based systems thinking and the powerful journey of letting go to get closer to my highest future possibility and being for the creation of responsible and evolutionary Gameworlds to this planet).

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Apart from the ones I previously mentioned in the previous answer, I want to mention Adam Barley (for the archeology and bodily wisdom), Rolando Toro (besides his extraordinary creation for body evolution through the biocentric principle, Toro has also left a huge imprint with his ideas of Biocentric Education), Paulo Freire, Walt Whitman, and Ken Wilber. These are the ones that are alive in me and that I want to refer to for now.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

To truly unlearn, you have to BE. My goal is to serve as a means for the co-creation of a regenerative future in university, where life is at the center.
