What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | At this moment in my life I divide my work into two areas, one related to IT, in terms of main work that occupies a greater temporal focus, both in institutional terms and in terms of supporting companies non-profit, and the other area related to the area of human development in co-facilitating spaces for an approach pro-life through vivencial workshops in experiential spaces open to conscious feeling, with metodology as Possibility Management or with Biodanza. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | My role has been as an explorer and facilitator to create conditions to empower the system, the people who operate in it, intellectually, emotionally and energetically, to bring collaboration and discovery. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | My goals are intended to create healthy relationships, open spaces for dialogue and collaboration, and in a way also to grow and practice and evolve my way of being and to align myself with my unreveal life purpose. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Create new patterns of relationships, new results how to work collective and learning, recognizing current systems of how I operate to open new possibilities for action instead of reaction |

What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I have invested in personal development, in which in recent years I have gone from assimilating concepts, through coaching training, NLP, spiral dynamics, to experimenting through systems related to biodanza, possibility management, theory U, among other systems related to contact with the culture of a land. |

| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | For me, the principle of life is the organic organization of the integral being as a whole, beyond the physical, also in energetic relations. Life is energy, Energy is the source of life. Humans represent a manifestation of wanting to play dice, creating and enhancing new forms of life, which are sometimes the destruction of chaos for a new order, in which they reveal themselves as dissipative sources. |
