1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I'm currently working in the ReFi (regenerative finance) ecosystem which is on building new socio-economic systems that align human needs with that of nature's. I believe leveraging technologies like blockchain and AI can be a massive enablers to have large scale impact.

Being from a construction background, I aspire to drive regenerative practices in the built environment into the mainstream with RegenBuild by building internal feedback loops that incentivise positive outcomes and rewarding stakeholders for the impact generated.

I am also helping the broader ReFi ecosystem with Let's GROW DAO with initiatives such as media, events and other aligned actions.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

RegenBuild's mission is to coordinate the built environment stakeholders and build digital commons to foster its transition to a regenerative paradigm.

Let's GROW DAO's mission is to unite and grow the Regen/ReFi movement.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Improving my capacity to deliver on the goals stated above. Being more present, having a practicing mindset and discipline always helps!

5. And for professional growth?

Improving my skills that aid in pursuit of my professional goals.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I am generally curious about a lot of things. I constantly challenge my beliefs and update my world view. I invest in learning about new things and improving my skillset. I am not afraid to get out of my comfort zone and test myself in various circumstances to learn and grow.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

The topics of human psychology, spirituality, understanding the world and universe always intrigue me. I'm inspired and influenced by thinkers such as Jiddu Krishnamurti, Donella Meadows, Charles Eisenstein, Ken Wilber, Hanzi Freinacht and Eckhart Tolle.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Humans are sacred manifestations of life. We embody the very essence of the universe's creative force. We are not just physical beings but are intricately woven into the fabric of existence, representing unique expressions of a universal consciousness. This consciousness permeates all of creation, and we, as extensions of it, are inherently connected to everything around us—other living beings, the Earth, and the cosmos.
