1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I've been on a journey of realizing that with living into my potential, I can support the potential that lives within my family system, and within the work I do within the food system. I'm energized to get deeper into living systems thinking to further this way of being and continue to see how the world around me blossoms.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

At this stage, I see my role to be an active student. Listening, considering, staying curious and doing the work - maybe failing, but attempting.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To be diligent, intentional and authentic to myself throughout this learning experience.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

How to not be an enabler- learning how I can hold accountability while still deeply honoring peoples' own authentic journey. Also, continuing to peel the layers of my own growth journey across more and more aspects of my life.

5. And for professional growth?

The more I see systems as wholes and as alive and interconnected, the more potential I see for transformation. I want to continue to use my passion in my work to play this thinking into the way I show up at work- especially as I start (next week) with a new "corporate" role. 🙂

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Therapy, 11 months off work with diligent focus on mental and physical health, nervous system work, healing family relations, reNourish Studio, time, passion, energy, love and money.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Regeneration: reNourish Studio, participating in regenerative agriculture projects with work - both of which were from Lauren Tucker

Hippie / Nature Roots: My mom has been an amazing teacher in my life, always learning from and appreciating the beauty and lessons of nature.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I see that humans are creators and we have the opportunity to use our creativity in support of life. To see this through, I believe I (we) need to commit ourselves to constantly learning, evolving and working together- with community and with nature.
