1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I am at a pivotal moment, transitioning from my previous work to a new focus on collaborative projects where I can contribute by incorporating innovations rooted in a circular economy, and soon, a regenerative vision.
Painting is one of my passions, I want to dedicate more time to it.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

With a background in scientific research, I have played a significant role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative products, I also hold a Diploma in Circular Economy, which has shaped my expertise in innovation with a circular perspective.
Now, as I begin training as a Regenerative Practitioner, I will be integrating this new perspective into the approach of the projects I engage in.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

A year ago, I initiated a Co-housing project based on the methodology of Charles Durrett. Our group has grown to six members, and we are now taking the next step: finding the location to build our co-housing community. My goal is to make this project regenerative.
I am also part of a network of Co-housing projects in Mexico, and I intend to promote the regenerative approach so that more Co-housing communities are developed with this vision.
Another area of concern for me is water management. Living in the Valley of Mexico City, I want to actively participate in addressing the challenge of sustainable water management in this region.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

I aim to become humble, to be more flexible in my perspectives, improve my communication skills, and learn to listen without judgment

5. And for professional growth?

I want to connect with, join, or form an interdisciplinary group of individuals with diverse backgrounds and interests, to enrich our cooperative work.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have invested heavily in my academic training, earning a Bachelor's and a PhD in the sciences. Recently, I completed a diploma in Circular Economy. I participated in a workshop on "Art, Nature, and Sustainability," seeking my place as part of nature. I also completed a CEO workshop to enhance my efficiency and productivity in leadership.
On a more personal level, I have been meditating for 30 years, practicing Pranayama and ZhiNeng Qi Gong, and have undergone extensive psychotherapy.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

The most important fields in my life have been scientific research, meditation, and psychological studies.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I believe in rebirth and that we are here to learn, evolve, and strive to become better individuals.
