| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Consultation for regenerative land use and sustainable systems. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Assist those who seek to engage with regenerative land use and other activities such as supply chain and equitable access to resources. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | Right livelihood and the ability to maintain a healthy and positive outlook while being in service to others and providing for the needs of myself and those who depend upon me. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Intimate relationships as well as deepening traits such as patience and curiosity amongst people I know less well. |

| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | Everything. The most obvious things are lifestyle/personal life and wealth accumulation. |
