1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Professional work, my job, tends to creep in as my primary work in terms of time commitment, but I am making a m ore concerted effort to focus on myself by working on my Master's Degree.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I guess I am not sure. My restarting school a couple of years ago definitely made me feel a bit more in the drivers seat but I am also trying to redefine myself professionally to be able to become a driver of positive change and growth.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

I want to pivot my career into a new job where I can more directly apply my sustainable design schooling.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

I think my areas for personal growth align with this course, I want to focus on myself and learn to evolve as a more active member of my community.

5. And for professional growth?

A new job.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Time and money. I am finishing up my Master's Degree and taking this RPS course as well.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Regenerative practice is new for me, but is already proving influential. I have also just spent the past year doing a deep read book club of the Power Broker, so Robert Caro has taken an outsized role of late.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

As agents of change humans have the power to effect change. I see this as an immense responsibility to each other and the world we live in. Learning to build up systems, even with small actions, is core to my philosophy and cosmology.
