Evolving collaborative capacieties, within different parts of an organization, different members of an industry/sector, and different sectors in a lifeshed.

I´m entering a new phase of my life, evolving towards a Grandmother role, not only literaly but also metaphoricaly (as understood by the ancient traditions).

I aim to design a program that could host the evolution of collaborative capacities of individuals, and organizations around a higher common regenerative purpose.

Evolving my own paradigm and collaborative capacity..

Deepen my comprehension of the regenerative paradigm,
Having a better grasp as to what it means at the purpose level (what can we envision together, how do we ), at the systems and process level (what shift is needed, what new capacities need to exist), at the agreements/beliefs level (what prinicples/beliefs guide our actions), and how does it all keep flowing to keep the system alive and thriving.

36, 34, 32 years experience as a Mother learning from my 3 children.
40 year work experience (8 as a neurolinguist and psycopedagogue, in the special education field, and 25 as an entrepreneur and leader of a plastics manufacturing organization evolving the business vision and culture, as I evolved as a leader in the paradigm from which I did my work )

Difficult to summarize but will try.
I believe the gist of life is the evolution of consciousness at the systemic level, which is inevitably tied to the evolution of every living being (water, air, fire and ground included) in it. I believe we are part of an evolving system with many levels of reality coexisting. I sense we play a unique role in its evolution and are in the process of discovering what that role truly is.
