1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My thematic expertise covers international and sustainable development, agricultural development and value chains, certification schemes, and participatory and inclusive
development approaches. My skills range from qualitative research to project management and development (from scoping to evaluation) to instructional
design, coaching, training, and facilitation.

My primary work at the moment is in instructional design, training, faciliation and research.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

My soul's purpose is to contribute to a radical shift in way people and systems operate (very much line line with the greater purpose of Regenesis). My role is particular is around creating a bridge between the spirtual and the mundane, integrating spirtual cosmology and modalities into current social and economic systems. The underlying driver for me is that I desire and wish to support a shift from systems of separation and depletion to ones of connection and abundance, by creating space for deeper wisdom to pour through and move beyond current problem solving thinking.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To learn new ways and expand my capacity of being that bridge between the spirtual and the mundane.
To meet allies, as I am certain I will only fulfill this role as part of larger organism.
To shift my work from creating structures with a storng focus on content, to working more from my intuition, as I feel that my biggest strength lies there. So in that regard, create the structures in my business that allow that I am valued and appreciated from guiding people and projects based on my intuition.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

In truly believing in myself and embodying my power, by meeting my fear to be witnessed and to be hurt.
By cleansing the guilt and pain in my heart that is currently being revealed, by healing the protection around my heart, creating space for deeper connection with myself and life.
By starting semi-professional dancing again and reclaiming that part of myself, allowing that joy, growth, and expansion in my life.

5. And for professional growth?

In truly believing in myself and embodying my power, by meeting my fear to be witnessed, and sharing my vision unapologetically.
By increasing my capacity to meet a broader range of clients.
By improving my communication and faciliation skills to meet a broader range of clients.
And probably quite a few more..!

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I studied sustainability sciences and international development studies, and have done trainings on training methodologies, participatory faciliation skills, sociocracy and non-violent communication.
Furthermore, I have dedicated the past 15 years on my personal and spirtitual development, diving into somatic therapy, taoistic qi-gong, breathwork, shamanism (from different lineages), many modalities of body and energy work, polarity work (David Deida has been pivotal as a teacher), genekeys, movement medicine, 5rithms, tandava, tantra, and several less known modalities.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Charles Eisenstein, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Marc Gafni, David Deida, and Richard Rudd.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I deeply believe everything is connected and everything happens for a reason, and that something greater is guiding all of us. However, we do have agency and power in how we co-create life and this universe. It is our task as humans, as souls, to learn how to move from a place of love and truth so we can co-create the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
