What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | My thematic expertise covers international and sustainable development, agricultural development and value chains, certification schemes, and participatory and inclusive My primary work at the moment is in instructional design, training, faciliation and research. |
2. What role do you see as yours to play? | My soul's purpose is to contribute to a radical shift in way people and systems operate (very much line line with the greater purpose of Regenesis). My role is particular is around creating a bridge between the spirtual and the mundane, integrating spirtual cosmology and modalities into current social and economic systems. The underlying driver for me is that I desire and wish to support a shift from systems of separation and depletion to ones of connection and abundance, by creating space for deeper wisdom to pour through and move beyond current problem solving thinking. |
3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | To learn new ways and expand my capacity of being that bridge between the spirtual and the mundane. |
4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | In truly believing in myself and embodying my power, by meeting my fear to be witnessed and to be hurt. |
5. And for professional growth? | In truly believing in myself and embodying my power, by meeting my fear to be witnessed, and sharing my vision unapologetically. |
6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I studied sustainability sciences and international development studies, and have done trainings on training methodologies, participatory faciliation skills, sociocracy and non-violent communication. |
7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | Charles Eisenstein, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Marc Gafni, David Deida, and Richard Rudd. |
8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | I deeply believe everything is connected and everything happens for a reason, and that something greater is guiding all of us. However, we do have agency and power in how we co-create life and this universe. It is our task as humans, as souls, to learn how to move from a place of love and truth so we can co-create the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible. |
