| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | My primary work is to support a group of people who are implementing (more) holistic practices in their working systems. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I see my role as a fascilitator, a connecting element, providing information and tools but also getting directly involved ideally continue staying close to my group. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | My goals is to work on the ways I recognise proceedings and events. Moreover, I would like to work on how I approach events and how this can imporve my role mentioned above. |

What have you invested in to get you where you are? | Seeing and evaluating many different ways on how agricultural outpouts can be produced for instance, so visiting many different producers, exchanging views with different stakeholders, taking courses in different fields, experiencing differences on my own and evaluating it |
