1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Personally:
To learn the art of being, not only doing. I am working on rebalancing my nervous system to cherish and desire rest and relaxation versus only doing and striving. I realize to be a successful regenerative practitioner, I have to regenerate myself too. In permaculture terms, starting at "zone 0". I got in a car accident last month, so it has opened a lot of "seeing" into my health and although I can say "I feel great" my actual health says otherwise. Stress is high, thyroid imbalanced, etc - so actually working to change habits to create health.

Professionally:
Creating lasting systems change in tourism and conservation. I am very very very excited by the opportunity "regenerative tourism" holds and I hope to develop projects, businesses, and movements to harness this opportunity to regenerate the places where people want to connect to.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

As someone who believes in personal agency, I believe my fate is mine to build. "Active Destiny" I call it. So, my role is to create the change I want to see in the world.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Personally:
Reduced stress levels, rebalanced thyroid, ability to REST without anxiety and longing to DO. Invest in myself and my health before projects and businesses.

Professionally:
Develop projects and businesses to BE the change I want to see for the future of regenerative tourism / ecotourism. Work with local CVB's and DMO's to develop regenerative tourism models where tourist taxes can be spent regenerating local ecosystems and communities.
