| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Working with people to: Also graphic recording to share information to a range of people. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Connector, creator and carer. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | Confidently expand my gifts as a connector, creator and carer to reach more people, especially outside my usual echo chamber. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Better being able to understand connectedness between things, and therefore able to talk with people about it. Talk about why intersectionality matters to all of us. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Challenging myself (and confidently embracing challenges presented to me) to advocate to use ideas and frameworks that I think are right for our projects and strategies which are probably a really good fit, but are against the status quo. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I'm invested in a number of relationships. I've done a lot of listening to people to understand different issues across different aspects of urban life. |

What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | Community development, the richness of urban life and people within it, ways of living together, (some) philosophy, optimism and hope, the power of imagining positive futures, belonging and gathering, cities for people, the more than human world. | 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | Humans are part of nature, part of the whole system. We are also hugely privileged with an ability to influence and adapt our surroundings immensely. With this, we have the responsibility to live and act in a way that enriches. |
