1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | I see justice as the blueprint that we should follow when designing products, systems, features, processes and models. I feel called to embody this by developing tools for designers to imagine how to embed justice in whatever they are designing. Particularly innovating the commercial system towards justice as at commonflow.co |
2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Using my skills and gifts to develop design justice tools and regenerative innovations. |
3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | - develop accessible maps for designers to see the customer as a whole and then redesign their customer personas and journey maps to give customers wholistic value. |

5. And for professional growth? | - gain a deeper understanding of what regeneration is and how to use it in professional project decisions. - communication - gain regenerative language to communicate concepts. |

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | I think our role is not different from other creations - to serve life. The human role is derived from our main human gifts - the mind and freewill - to use these gift to enable life to thrive on earth - or at least maintain the harmony and balance of the natural order. Specifically, one's role is using their skills, natural gifts, and will to the above endgoal. |
