Description
Designing Developmental Engagements
Although a regenerative approach is inherently developmental, practitioners often feel challenged when it comes to designing engagements that build new capacity and capabilities in participants. This workshop offers an opportunity to hone these developmental design skills. We will explore what it means to engage people developmentally, along with principles and frameworks that can support good design. The aim is to help participants grow the capability of the systems and people they serve, thereby increasing the likelihood that the regenerative effects they are striving to produce will endure.
This workshop will be designed and led by Regenesis faculty members Beatrice Ungard and Ben Haggard.
