The Integrative Design Process for Regenerative Project Management
The Integrative Design Process for Regenerative Project Management presents a comprehensive process for organizing project, ecosystem, and stakeholder teams. This workshop is for practitioners striving to apply a regenerative approach oriented to the living systems potential of each place. We will ground this approach in the practical realities of managing the many complex interactions and processes that need to be engaged in order to meet the goals and benchmarks required by the project.
The way to solve interconnected problems without creating new ones is to solve for the interconnected patterns between these systems. This is done by engaging project team members and interested stakeholders in an intentional process of discovering mutually beneficial interrelationships between living and technical systems so that high levels of project performance, human performance, and environmental benefits are achieved. In this workshop we will work on integrating a regenerative project at three levels: our own inner integration, the team’s integration, and the outer integration with the client, greater whole, and potential of place.
This workshop is led by Regenesis faculty member Bill Reed.

- You are inspired by the potential of working regeneratively but could use support in integrating the nuts-and-bolts dimensions of meeting goals and benchmarks with the process of realizing the project’s higher-order potential
- You could use support in developing alignment and maintaining coherence within a project team taking on a regenerative approach

Enrollment is open now for cohorts with both US morning and afternoon session times that are possible for practitioners in either European or Deep Pacific time zones to attend. Registration Information
Registration for this workshop is $250. Three-month payment plans are available for $89 per month (including administrative fees). Subscribers to The Regenesis School receive a $50 discount. Scholarships are available for practitioners who would be unable to participate without financial support–you can apply for a scholarship here.
