Introducing the Core/Field/Task Team Organizing Framework: A Methodology for Managing Whole-System Evolution
Organizations and communities are facing increasing pressure to shift how they operate. Maintaining viability while working on transitioning in a rapidly changing environment requires learning how to evolve as a whole. This workshop explores the Core Team-Field Team-Task Team system, and how it can help both new and ongoing change initiatives move forward as an integrated, self-reinforcing whole. Designed to encourage and develop self-organizing and creativity, it creates a holarchy of opportunities to contribute–from short-term, specific tasks to long-term strategic oversight–while maintaining alignment of efforts within the larger evolutionary context and around the core essence of the whole.
This workshop is led by Regenesis faculty members Pamela Mang and Joel Glanzberg.
