Transformative Teaming: Harnessing the pentad to develop teams that have the power to move potential into existence.
The Pentad is a five-term framework that depicts the five dimensions through which any entity expresses and evolves its uniqueness. The Managing Systems pentad was developed to ensure that efforts at all levels and in all roles across an organization or team are contributing to the capability of the whole to manifest its potential while sustaining its significance and its value-adding potential. The system of roles is designed to pursue harmony between the internal and external environments of an organization — generating increasingly meaningful and higher quality work and evolution within while integrating with the environment in a reciprocal process of continual improvement.
