Transformative Teaming: Harnessing The Pentad to Develop Teams that Have The Power to Move Potential into Existence
This workshop explores self-managing (i.e., self-organizing and self-ordering) teams through the lens of a five-term framework titled the Managing Systems Pentad.
The Pentad depicts the five dimensions through which any entity expresses and evolves its uniqueness while sustaining its significance and its value-adding potential. The Managing Systems Pentad was developed to ensure that the efforts of teams at all levels of an organization are contributing to the capability of the whole. In this context, the framework is used to guide the creation, ongoing work and continuing development of teams. It uses a system of five roles designed to pursue harmony between the internal and external environments of an organization through generating increasingly meaningful and higher quality work, while integrating with the environment in a reciprocal process of continual improvement.
This workshop is led by Regenesis faculty members Pamela Mang and Nicholas Mang.

Registration Information
Registration for this workshop is $250. Three-month payment plans are available for $89 per month (including administrative fees). Subscribers to The Regenesis School receive a $50 discount. Scholarships are available for practitioners who would be unable to participate without financial support–you can apply for a scholarship here.
